Personal Searches/EIR Requests for CON29 Information
Personal Search requests for appointments should be sent to email@example.com from Monday 27th April 2020.
Because we will not have full access to all records required for searches, if we feel that we cannot complete any type of search, we will get in touch with you.
Many thanks for your understanding at this time. We will keep you advised of any changes as we continually review the situation.
If you are buying a property within the Flintshire area, as part of the conveyancing process, an application is usually made to the Local Land Charges office to provide financial and other information relating to charges, notices and local authority matters which affect the building(s) or plot of land.
Land and property searches can be carried out by Local Authorities, private search firms and members of the public.
