Planning Policy
The Council’s Planning Policy Team is responsible for preparing, monitoring and reviewing the Local Development Plan (LDP), supplementary planning guidance (SPG) and other policy related projects. The Team will also input into the preparation of a Strategic Development Plan for North Wales.
