Saltney Primary School Reorganisation Proposal
Flintshire County Council is considering a proposal to close Saltney Ferry C.P. School and Saltney Wood Memorial C.P. School and establish a new maintained community primary school. Initially, the new school would operate across the existing two sites while proposals for a new school building are progressed through the relevant approval processes.
Consultation Update
The statutory consultation on this proposal ran from 16 June 2026 to 29 July 2026 and is now closed.
