Are any of the features listed below located within 100 metres (330 feet/110 yards) walk of the section of road you are proposing for a 30mph exception?
Access into a hospital or health centre?
Access into a primary or secondary school?
Access into a further or higher education building/campus?
Access into a community centre?
Does the number of residential and/or retail premises fronting a road exceed 20 properties per kilometre?
Unfortunately, the location you are proposing meets Welsh Government’s 'Place Criteria' so cannot be considered for an exception under its 'exception criteria'.
