Join our dedicated team in the Children's Residential Service, providing 24/7 care and support in a warm, homely environment. Our therapeutic, nurturing approach helps us understand and support young people in the best way possible.

Supporting young people and their families is a top priority for us. That's why we've developed a unique reunification model in Wales, using Multi Systemic Therapy (MST), Family Integrated Transitions (FIT), and the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM), along with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These approaches ensure we can offer the best possible support for young people and their families.

In our service, we use a variety of care models to meet the unique needs of each young person. We incorporate Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) and the PACE approach (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) across our service. These methods, combined with trauma-informed practices, help us provide strong support and help young people overcome their challenges.
