Supporting Childcare Providers with Recruitment
Flintshire’s Early Years and Family Service is committed to supporting childcare providers with the recruitment of high-quality early years staff. To help promote your vacancies, we have developed a job vacancy template for you to complete. Once received, we can advertise your vacancy through our communication channels, including social media platforms, helping you reach a wider audience of potential candidates.
We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible when completing the template, including information about the role, qualifications required, working hours, employee benefits, and what makes your setting a great place to work. A comprehensive and engaging job advertisement is more likely to attract suitable applicants and help you recruit the right early years practitioners to meet the needs of your setting.
