It doesnt matter what the business is and there is no registration process- just come along and meet like-minded entrepreneurs who are at various stages in running their own business. Find out what it takes to be an entrepreneur, how to come up with a good business idea, who might invest in your business, how social media would benefit your business and how to promote your idea with free information and advice from the Welsh Government’s business team and Flintshires Communities First group. Alongside the workshops, inspirational speakers are provided by organisations and further education colleges including Coleg Cambria and Glyndwr University who also support the programme. The club is free to attend and meets every fortnight from 10am until 12 noon at the John Summers Community Campus, Chester Road East in Queensferry. Councillor Derek Butler, Cabinet Member for Economic Development said: “I would encourage anyone starting out in business – or thinking about doing so – to join the Flintshire Enterprise Club. It is a Council priority to support people in business and employment and Communities First in Flintshire is working hard to meet that aim.” The Enterprise Club is run by Communities First and supported by the Council - for more information contact Beverly Moseley on 01244 846090.
