Licensing Policy Consultation
Flintshire County Council are reviewing our Statement of Licensing Policy, which sets out how we regulate and licence businesses that sell or supply alcohol, provide entertainment or late-night refreshment in the County.
The Statement of Licensing Policy must be reviewed every five years and the review includes a statutory consultation process. The current document is shown here.
If you would like to take part in the consultation, please review the draft policy and changes summary, and email any responses to licensing@flintshire.gov.uk before Friday 18th September 2026.
