Holywell Market Review 2025

Flintshire County Council would like your views about the future of Holywell Market which operates on Tower Gardens every Thursday of the month.

Please be assured that we will listen to the outcomes of the consultation in making our final decision as to whether or not to close Holywell Market.

Holywell market traders, residents, business owners and visitors can take part in the consultation.
The consultation will take place online. If you use social media and live, work or visit the Holywell area, you will receive links to the survey through your social media channels.
There is also a button at the bottom of this page that will take you to the survey.
If you don’t have internet access or social media, you can visit the Connects Centre in Holywell High Street where you can receive support to complete the survey online. Connects is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm.
The survey will open on 01/07/2025 and close on 22/07/2025.
The final decision will be made on 30/09/2025. The results will be published on this page and a press release containing the final decision will also be issued.
