Flintshire Private Rented Sector Landlord Survey
arc4 has been appointed by Flintshire County Council to undertake a review of the private rented sector (PRS) across the County. This builds on previous work and aims to provide a clear, up-to-date understanding of how the sector is changing, including supply, affordability, landlord behaviour and access to housing.
We are keen to hear directly from landlords to understand your experiences, how the market is operating in practice, and how this may be changing over time. Your feedback will help the Council better understand the role of the PRS, the challenges landlords are facing, and what support or interventions may be needed going forward.
arc4 specialises in housing market research and works with local authorities across the UK. We have a strong understanding of the private rented sector and the issues affecting landlords and tenants.
The survey should take around 10–15 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated in confidence and reported in aggregate form only.
