Unlock strategic investment

Address viability gaps affecting important buildings and sites where investment would not otherwise progress.

Bring buildings back into use

Reactivate vacant and underused buildings, including upper floors, for productive commercial or community use.

Improve commercial spaces

Enhance quality, accessibility, energy performance, functionality and long-term sustainability.

Strengthen place and confidence

Support heritage, enterprise, employment and wider investment while improving town-centre vitality.
