Change of Opening Hours from 7th April 2015

Flintshire Library and Information Service is reducing the opening hours of some libraries from the 7th April 2015. These changes reflect the levels of use and will enable the service to continue from all its current libraries within the reduced financial resources available for the year April 2015 to March 2016.
