Opening hours and further information
Each of the Council’s libraries is listed below. A link has been created for each library which, when selected, will open a Pdf document which contains opening hours, postal address and a description of the services offered. If you want to know where a library is situated, select the postcode link shown beside the library’s name and this will open map information.
Connah’s Quay Library and Learning Centre will be closed from 28 April 2014 as work begins on the remodelling and extension of the facility.
Due to re-open in early June, the centre will incorporate the library, a new heritage display and a Flintshire Connects centre. During the closure period, items for return can be taken to any Flintshire Library, the nearest branches to Connah's Quay are Flint or Queensferry. Items can also be renewed by telephone, email, online or in person at any library, Details can be found at www.flintshire.gov.uk/libraries. Flintshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience and looks forward to welcoming customers to the new centre.

Forgotten to return your books?
Flintshire Library customers now receive only one notification of overdue items. A reminder will be sent out to adult customers 4 weeks after the return date and to under 17s 6 weeks after the return date. Remember you can renew your items online
