My Account will allow you to access a personalised area on our website, which you can customise to display information that meets your individual preference and interests.  You can track the progress of any online requests you have made to the Council, access waste and recycling information, view who your local councillor is and much more.

How do I create a My Account?

To create a My Account [sign up] or visit a Flintshire Connects Centre for help
• you must have a valid email address
• you will be prompted to create a secure password
• you must agree to our Terms and Conditions

Can you only have an account if you live in Flintshire?

No, you don't have to live within Flintshire to have a My Account.  

I've forgotten my username or password.

To login you will need to correctly enter your username and password.  Don't try to login with a password you can't remember as too many incorrect attempts will lock your account. 

Your user name is your email address.  If you have forgotten your password then simply click the “Forgot your password?” link at the bottom of the login page.

My email address is not accepted.

The email address you have used may not be valid.

If you've contacted us in the past (whether by phone, email or online) and provided your email address it may already be stored in our system. Please contact us for further assistance.
