Interpretation and translation
To make sure our information is accessible and that we communicate effectively with all our customers, all our documents are available in different formats, for example, Braille, large print, BSL, audio tape, Easy Read on request. There is no charge for this service.
We can also provide information in different languages on request.
If English/Welsh is not your first language and you need to talk to some one in the council about our services, telephone interpreters are available through Language Line. Language Line provides a professional interpretation service. Please ask for an interpreter when you speak to our staff.
BSL interpreters can be booked through North Wales Deaf Association.
