Flintshire Community Safety Partnership
Flintshire Community Safety Partnership (CSP) is a statutory organisation made up of representatives from key agencies who work together to tackle and reduce local levels of crime and disorder. Our aim is to work together to tackle community safety issues in Flintshire to ensure that the county is, and feels like, a safe place to live, work and visit.

With celebrations for Halloween and Bonfire Night fast approaching, Flintshire Community Safety Partnership would like to wish residents of Flintshire a safe and trouble-free time.
OWL is used by North Wales Police and local coordinators to build and communicate with 1,000's of watch schemes across the county.
Flintshire’s Substance Misuse Action Team (SMAT) which is a group within the Community Safety Partnership meets regularly to discuss ways in which we are able to tackle substance misuse issues locally.
