Flintshire County Council has pledged it commitment to consult and engage with its citizens.
The Consultation and Engagement Database provides details of exercises that are currently taking place throughout the County as well as identifying those which will start shortly. The database also provides details on the outcome of exercises which have been completed.

Data Protection Complaints Procedure
Where you are dissatisfied with the way that any Data Protection issue relating to yourself has been dealt with and you have been unable to obtain satisfaction through discussion with the officer dealing with the matter then you are encouraged to use the Data Protection Complaints Procedure.
Public Services Ombudsman for Wales
The Ombudsman is appointed by the Queen to look into complaints about public services in Wales. He is independent and unbiased. The Ombudsman can look into complaints that you have been treated unfairly, or received a bad service through some failure on the part of the body providing it.
