Pension Transfers
You are not permitted to transfer previous pensions from a private/stakeholder pension or from another Local Authority Pension Fund. If you have previous Councillor membership in the Clwyd Pension Fund, you can elect to combine this membership with any new membership you start to accrue. You must elect to do this within the first 12 months of re-joining the Clwyd Pension Fund, unless your Council allows you to combine after the 12 month deadline.
