LGPS Regulations

The LGPS Regulations are written by the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG).  You can review them on the LGE website.  LGE (Local Government Employers) liaise with CLG about the Regulations and ensure that they are uploaded on their website regularly.

The Regulations are split into 2007 (current regulations) and 1997 (old regulations).
