New LGPS 2014 Proposals
The Local Government Association (LGA) and trade unions have recently announced their negotiations on the new LGPS proposals to take effect from 1 April 2014.
Following on from the consultations, the Government has confirmed that a favourable outcome will enable them to move directly to a statutory consultation later in the Autumn to implement these proposals.
