Flintshire County Council’s Mobile Office takes its services on the road in order to make it easier for people to keep in touch. The council's Mobile Office visits villages and towns across the county, taking Flintshire's services right to residents' doorsteps.

People are able to obtain information, request a service and leave queries and complaints with staff on the vehicle who will log information electronically and forward it to the relevant council department

Other agencies, such as health, benefits, pensions and voluntary groups also use the vehicle in partnership with the council when they need to promote specific public information campaigns.
