Paying The Council

| Online Payments |
| You can now pay Council Tax, NNDR, Rents, Invoices, Parking Fines, Mortgages and Overpayment of Housing Benefits online to the Council through this Web site. See Online Payments for full details. |
The following bills can be paid by direct debit:- Council Tax, NNDR, Rents and Mortgages. If you would like to pay by Direct Debit, please contact the local taxation team on 01352 704848 or the rent team 01352 703838 or the mortgage team on 01352 702841.

We welcome payments by cheque, cash and most credit and debit cards at the Council’s cash offices. Please take your bill with you when you make your payment and you will be given a receipt.

Automated Telephone Payments |
| You can pay your Council Tax, NNDR, Rents and Parking Fines with most debit or credit cards through our automated telephone payments service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using a touch tone telephone. Please telephone (01352) 704470 and follow the prompts given. |

| Postal Payments |
Cheques may be sent through the post, made payable to Flintshire County Council and posted to the address shown on the invoice. It is important to write your invoice reference number on the back of your cheque. If you chose to post your payment please allow 7 days for your payment to reach your account.

| Post Office Payments |
You can pay you rent, NNDR or council tax at any post office using a personalised payment card. If you would like to pay at a post office but do not have a payment card, please contact the council tax team on 01352 704848 or the rent team 01352 703838.

| Banks |
You can make payment by cash or cheque at any bank, but you may be charged for this service. It is important that you quote the Council’s bank details (sort code 54 10 10, Account Number 72521775), along with your account reference number
Telephone/Internet Banking |
You can make a payment using your telephone or internet banking arrangements. Simply quote the Council’s bank details (sort code 54 10 10, Account Number 72521775), tell your bank how much you would like to pay and quote your bill reference number.
