| The Road Safety Unit is committed to promoting safety for all road users through an ongoing programme of Education, Training and Publicity. The Unit also co-ordinates and provides information, advice and resources. The Unit actively promotes training courses and workshops for both professionals and volunteers.
The Unit's contribution to casualty reduction is targeted towards-
- The distribution of relevant and up-to-date road safety resources to all schools, colleges and educational organisations throughout Flintshire.
- Road Safety Training for pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and drivers.
- Promoting Publicity, educating and informing the public of Flintshire.
- A high quality School Crossing Patrol service.
