Queens Award for Voluntary Service

Make your nomination for the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service 2016 today! The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service is the highest award given to local volunteer groups across the UK to recognise outstanding work in their communities. The awards were created in 2002 to celebrate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. Nominations can be made online at http://qavs.direct.gov.uk/ and guidance notes can be found at https://qavs.direct.gov.uk/guidance-notes. Entry is free and although nominations can be made at any time of the year, to be considered for an award next year, submissions are needed by 18 September 2015.
