Success at inaugural Wedding Open Day
A beautiful autumnal day greeted visitors to stunning Llwynegrin Hall for its inaugural Wedding Open Day.
The event showcased this magnificent wedding venue and other licensed wedding venues in Flintshire. A range of specialist wedding suppliers attended the event.
Approaching the venue, visitors were met by a variety of modes of wedding transport from reindeers and sleigh to Campervans and Daimlers ensuring a fitting arrival at your wedding venue! For unique events, a tipi nestled into the grounds and surrounding mature trees.
Inside the Hall, wedding dress and suit suppliers, photographers, cake makers, florist, harpist, vintage props and pamper package companies were in attendance to give advice on the services they provide.
An impromptu speech by one of the photographers gave a photographer’s view of the Hall, enthusing about the abundance of natural light that streams into the Hall, no matter the time of day or time of year.
One of the stallholders said:
“I had a fabulous time! I’ve taken one booking but have referred three dates to a colleague as I was already booked on the dates they needed, but that’s very encouraging! I felt like I spoke to lots of people and the suppliers have been so supportive – I think now you’ve had one fayre, you’ll naturally gain supporters!”
Flintshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Corporate Management and Assets, Councillor Billy Mullin, said:
“On behalf of Flintshire County Council, I’d like to thank all visitors and wedding suppliers for making the day a resounding success and we all look forward to our next one.”
