Age Connects North East Wales does the vast majority of its work in the communities of Flintshire and Wrexham. Age Connects supports older people to live independently in their own homes for as long as they choose to do so. Age Connects wants them to have real choices over their own lives and feel safe, secure and be well informed when making any choices. Some of the projects that help to do this are called Wellcheck in Flintshire and Options in Wrexham. Please make contact by telephone prior to visiting.
