Volunteering & Coaching

Sport Flintshire recognises the positive impact sport volunteers make on the lives of people in Flintshire.  By creating a local volunteering infrastructure we aim to encourage even more people to engage in sports volunteering to support the excellent standard of provision in the County.

Some examples of roles fulfilled by volunteers are:

• Assistant/Coach
• Website Design
• General Administration
• Sports Festival Organisation/Running

The Sport Flintshire Coach/Volunteer Database holds details of active coaches within Flintshire. The database is designed to allow us to efficiently and effectively market Coach Education opportunities and, in some cases, offer additional work if requested.
